About Narrative Reasoning – Dyslexia and me

Hi,

Thanks for popping by. What did you want to know or find out?  I’m just another thinking ‘Me’.

I’m like this all the time.  I unconsciously seem to think in a very different fashion to many, which I now put down to being dyslexic. I didn’t know I had a learning difficulty until recently; before then I just thought I was a bit odd not being able to be like others and felt I was lacking in some way.

Writing began as an exercise;  a method of reasoning  which myself so I could put an end to the barrage of  unhelpful and undermining  thoughts I was beginning to listen to more and more and take too seriously. It was getting me down. I felt stuck.

Self sabotage – it’s  hard to stop,  and  these short pieces,  which I call my  light bulb moments, are my way of instilling and finding hidden resources to build up my own personal resilience . They have an apparent and novel potency when read by others  of being able to subtly shift perspectives to reduce personal suffering. So if you need to feel better in some way I am confident there will be a short piece waiting for you here to read.

My style I’m told it is referred to as ‘narrative reasoning’.

Read any piece and then sit back and let it do it’s magic.

I wish you well.

Let’s share.
